Program Proposals Sought For 2009-2010
Funding for the Human Rights Initiative Program will
continue for the 2009-2010 academic year with support from the Office of the Provost and Vice-President for Academic Affairs.
The funding available for this year will be $15,000. Funds will normally be limited to a
maximum of $2,500. Under exceptional circumstances, the committee may approve a higher amount
depending upon the significance of the speaker or event.
Funding is available for programs in both the fall and spring of the 2009-2010 academic year. We encourage faculty and student groups from regional campuses as well as Storrs to apply.
The proposal deadline for 2009-2010 is March 31, 2009.
