War Crimes



One of the four counts against the Nazi defendants was War Crimes. There were numerous examples of Nazi acts that fall within this definition. But similar actions have also been acts attributed to the Allies. If these documents can be verified as true, do the Allies have the right to prosecute the Nazi's for committing acts that they have also committed?
